Duleek Nursing Home Development Contracts Signed!
The project will consist of the following:
- Extensive groundworks (green field site)
- Extensive Substructure & Concrete Foundation works
- Full New Build Construction of a Nursing Home
- Full Mechanical, Electrical & Lift Services installations
- Landscaping and ancillary site works including car parks, roadways, pathways & site lighting
The project is due to commence in January 2020 and will be completed on a 14 month programme.
