Dromoland Castle Upgrade Works

Monami Construction have completed works to 4 phases of the Dromoland Castle Upgrade Works Project. The main work consisted of the following:

Full Upgrade of the existing Heating System
Installation of new Air Conditioning to Bedrooms & Front of House Areas
Upgrade of existing water supply
Upgrade of all existing Bathrooms
Installation of a New Ventilation System to Bathrooms & Kitchen Areas
Repointing of the External Stonework Façade
Removal & Replacement of the Existing Window Frames & Sashes
Upgrade of the IT Infrastructure
Remedial Works to External Drainage
Roof Repair Works
The project was completed to a very high standard, on time and within budget.
