Ardhu Ryan Residential Development, Limerick

The proposed development will consist of the construction of 167 number new residential units in five new residential apartment buildings ranging in height from 3 storeys to 5 storeys (Blocks 01 , 02, 03, 04 and 05), a creche; the refurbishment of Ardhu House (protected structure) to provide ancillary residential amenity uses and the refurbishment of the Ardhu Bar licenced premises.
