Monami Construction announced as Main Contractors for the New Ferrybank Primary Care Centre!
The project will consist of the following:
- Extensive groundworks (Green Field Site)
- Extensive Substructure & Concrete Foundation works
- Full New Build Construction of a Primary Care Unit
- Full Mechanical, Electrical & Lift Services installations
- Landscaping and ancillary site works including car parks, roadways, pathways & site lighting
The project has a 15 Month programme and is due to commence in the coming months.
