The project involved the construction of a new residential development of sixty-six dwellings comprising 36 number houses and 30 number apartment units in the proposed apartment block at a brown-field site of the former St. Pancras Works, Mount Tallant Avenue, Dublin. The Development is made up of 36 No. 3 storey houses, (comprising 1 No. 4 bed detached, 12 No. 4 bed end terrace, 8 No. 3 bed + study mid terrace and 15 No. 4 bed mid terrace units) and 30 Apartments in 1 block of 4 storeys commencing at Ground Floor.

The scope of works involved:

Demolition of the existing buildings & slabs and associated ground works
Provision of complete new infrastructure (gas, power, communications, water and drainage)
Full construction of new residential accommodation (36 number Semi-detached 3 and 4 bed houses and 30 number apartment units in the proposed apartment block)
Construction of access roads, footpaths, landscaping, boundary treatment and all associated site works.
The project was completed on time, within budget and to the high standard of finish.
